Emergency Preservation and Resuscitation (EPR) 

To opt out of the Emergency Preservation and Resuscitation(EPR) Trial, please visit the front desk of the Trauma Department at John H. Stroger, Jr. Hospital of Cook County to obtain a "Do Not EPR" bracelet.
